About the opportunity

As a key member of the management team, this newly created position, will provide management support to free up the time of the business owner.
Based in Willetton, we are offering the successful applicant:

As the Office Manager, we are looking for someone who will:

  • Ensure all initial sales enquiries and request for quotes are responded to within 24 hours.
  • Ensure all quotes are provided within 48 hours.
  • Ensure all quotes provided are followed up within 48 hours to clarify the client’s decision.
  • Ensure all work is scheduled so the team can undertake the work.
  • Ensure all work is scheduled so the team have all the required resources to undertake the work.
  • Ensure all completed work is followed up to identify if the client is satisfied.
  • Ensure all work is invoiced for with 24 hours of completion.
  • Ensure all work is paid for by the due date.
  • Ensure the CRM system is professionally and comprehensively populated with all relevant details.
  • Ensure all the business procedures are reviewed, updated, and created if no procedures exist.

To be successful you will have:

  • A University Degree.
  • At least 5 years’ experience managing a team in a small business.
  • With background in Bookkeeping/Accounting
  • At least 5 years’ experience scheduling work for a trades team.
  • Have a strong eye for detail.
  • Be able to start at 8am.
  • Have referees who are business owners or senior managers.
  • Be willing to undertake a Police Clearance and a Pre employment medical.
