About the role:

We’re looking for someone who is exceptionally client focused to professionally take charge of the carpentry requirements of our business.
The purpose of this role is to help our company deliver a professional and reliable carpentry & maintenance service to our customers.
The goal is to make things happen – to keep jobs turning over and ensure projects are well executed in a timely manner.

The day-to-day requirements include:

  • High level focus of communication and strong organizational relationships
  • Varied activities, multiple simultaneous projects in often fast-paced environment
  • Technical, analytical focus
  • Work within established standards and guidelines
  • Expertise-based problem solving
  • Working autonomously and adapting to working alongside contractors and internal staff. Delegation infrequently required, and when required, close follow-up is essential
  • Adapting to changing priorities and collaborating with our scheduler for the best optimal outcome
  • Bringing your creative, critical thinking side to solving problems

About you:

You would probably describe yourself as diligent, detail oriented and conscientious with a strong commitment to high quality work.
You’re the ‘quiet achiever’ who uses imagination and strong problem-solving skills to find the most efficient, yet quality focused way to tackle a task in differing environments

We’re prepared to offer a generous starting salary of $….. for the right person. You can expect a three-month probation period during which we’ll work out if we are right for each other.
