About the opportunity

As a key member of the management team, this newly created position, will manage Profitable Personnel’s marketing. Additionally, you will also have 12 months career coaching guidance from the business owner David Osborne.

As the Marketing manager, we are looking for someone who will:

  • Ensure your marketing provides a tangible Return on investment from your activities
  • Ensure you obtain leads from our A type or B type clients
  • Ensure all marketing materials including blogs, articles, eBooks are appropriately presented to a professional English-speaking audience
  • Ensure you make all decisions based on data, research, testing and measuring
  • Ensure you fully understand all marketing deadlines and timeline expectations and they are met
  • Ensure all client enquiries are responded to within 24 hours

To be successful you will have:

  • At least 5 years’ experience of successfully Marketing to a Professional English-speaking audience
  • A commitment to a career working from home
  • A stable internet connection
  • The commitment to go through our diligent selection process
  • A commitment to high professional standards
  • A commitment to learning and improving
  • Two referees who are business owners or senior managers


A Degree in Marketing, or a portfolio of results that provided a tangible return on investment.
