About the opportunity

We have been undertaking our selection services for 16 years and are looking for a highly motivated and optimistic Lead Researcher.
As the Lead Researcher, we are looking for someone who will:
- Ensure the only candidates presented have “Good or Significant” evidence to support that they met the criteria.
- Ensure you fully understand all the customers deadlines and timeline expectations and they are met.
- Ensure that they are well equipped in finding leads.
- Ensure to collaborate and respect other colleagues.
To be successful you will have:
- At least 3-5 years’ experience of successfully searching for leads.
- Have your own LinkedIn Account and other source of Lead generating Platforms.
- Previously worked with Australian companies.
- The commitment to go through our diligent selection process.
- Have strong commercial acumen and an ability to think “outside of the box” to achieve client’s needs; and
