RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sourcing goods and materials from global supplier network.
- Raise purchase orders in accordance with stock levels and forecasting software.
- Receipt stock into Computer based inventory system.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and communicating delays/updates to appropriate departments.
- Forecast and plan purchase orders in agreed quantities and timelines
- Qualifications and Experience
- Hands on experience of working with ERP systems, including materials Forecasting
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Knowledge of vendor sourcing & supply chain processes/procedures
- Experience in a mechanical environment preferred
