AFTER SALES CUSTOMER SUPPORT ROLE

LOCATION : Albany & Great Southern
SALARY : $75,000 – $80,000 Based on experience + 9.5% Super | FULL TIME

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Co-ordinating the after-sales ticket system
  • Receiving calls & liaising with existing customers
  • Processing spare parts & warranty orders
  • Diligently recording all correspondence on Company CRM

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Advanced Computer Skills
  • Demonstrated Outstanding Customer Service Skills
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce/Hubspot or similar)
  • Mechanical Knowledge/Interest Highly Regarded
