About the opportunity
Location: Perth – Belmont
Due to internal promotion, we have an excellent opportunity for someone to join the EX-team.
The Warehouse Operator role will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to develop a career in supply chain and logistics, learn valuable skills, and give you exposure to career opportunities.
You will be surrounded by experienced and successful professionals who will take you under their wing to guide you, develop you, and mentor you towards a fulfilling and successful career.
The successful applicant does not require prior experience; however, we are looking for an energetic and passionate person with a can-do attitude. You will be responsible for receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods across Australia. You will also be responsible for all aspects of stores, including wrapping pallets for transportation and liaising with couriers. A current high-risk forklift license would be highly advantageous but not essential.

The Successful Applicant
- Current drivers’ license
- Be highly motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
- Have an excellent attention to detail
- Organised, disciplined, responsible, and structured
- A willingness to learn is a must
- Strong internal drive to succeed, showing initiative to develop their knowledge
- Excellent communication skills will be required, both written and verbal
- Being a team player is vital
- Proficient use of MS Office Suite
The Successful Applicant needs to show an aptitude for these activities or similar activities.
- Ensuring deliveries are checked against the order forms or similar activity.
- Ensuring all deliveries are accurately QA checked and recorded into the record-keeping system or similar activity.
- Ensuring deliveries are moved onto storage shelves that correlate with the recorded stock location or similar activity
- Ensuring Picking tickets and or shipment documentation are accurately read and outbound packages contain all the parts detailed in the documentation or similar activity.
- Booking freight, so the package arrives on time and at the correct location or similar activity
- Ensuring all outbound packages are packed to the EX-standards or similar activity.
